Joseph G Berti

Joseph G Berti
As the fearless leader and founder of P6, the company is built on more than 25+ years of Mr. Berti working in the software industry delivering sustainable software solutions that have transformed industries. Prior to P6, Mr. Berti was Chief Product Officer of IBM’s 1.5B+ sustainability software unit and led the effort to define the company’s strategy for its customers and its products, modernizing and transforming brand name products such as Maximo, TRIRIGA, and the companies Supply Chain products into modern application suites. At IBM, Mr. Berti was responsible for a number of product launches including the Environmental Intelligence Suite, the Digital Twin Exchange, the Maximo Suite (including newly launched modules Maximo Monitor, Health, Predict, Mobile), the TRIRIGA Suite and the Supply Chain Intelligence Suite. Prior to IBM, Mr. Berti was CEO of Oniqua (sold to IBM in 2018), a globally based software company that helped some of the largest utilities, mining, oil & gas, petrochemical, and manufacturing companies reduce their MRO spare parts inventory by up to 30-50%. Mr. Berti was also CEO at Clockwork Solutions (sold to LMI), VP Operations at Servigistics (sold to PTC) and early in his career helped launch the SAP practice at Ernst & Young. Kenton Gray
As P6’s Chief Technology Officer, Kenton Gray oversees all aspects of development and software releases, including engineering, AI/data science, availability, security, and DevOps. With over 20 years of experience, he excels at delivering and scaling modern, user-friendly SaaS applications and building high-performance development teams. Before joining P6, Kenton was the CTO and co-founder of Datagration, where he quickly assembled a new development team and launched the PetroVisor and EcoVisor data platforms. These platforms introduced AI-driven workflows, enabling customers to save millions of dollars while measuring and reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions. In 2024, Datagration was acquired by Weatherford International (WFRD). Kenton also served as the CTO of iOFFICE, a SaaS workplace management platform used by over 3,000 companies, including more than half of the Fortune 500. At iOFFICE, he built the company’s initial SaaS platform and led a talented team, positioning the company for acquisition in 2018. Following the acquisition, Kenton spearheaded technical diligence for the acquisition of three additional companies and successfully integrated the teams and technology processes.

Kira Breslauer
As Head of Product at P6, Kira is dedicated to understanding our customers' needs and translating them into innovative solutions. Prior to P6, Kira was a pivotal part of the product team at Persefoni, a carbon accounting startup, where she focused on decarbonization and data management. Kira's 10+ years of experience also included leading diverse and leading-edge product initiatives at IBM, covering industries such as e-commerce, supply chain, aviation, and climate & sustainability. Formally introduced to the world of product while completing her Masters degree in Product Development at Carnegie Mellon University, Kira gained a wealth of technical and strategic expertise that continues to shape her roles today. Prior to obtaining her Masters degree, Kira worked for The Estee Lauder Companies where she engaged in functions related to employee development and served as a coach to people managers, laying the foundation for her success in influencing and managing teams. Kira also holds a B.A. in Psychology from Boston College.

Andrew Hite
Andrew Hite is an accomplished engineering leader with 19+ years of professional experience specializing in software engineering leadership and web application development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at P6 Technologies, he is known for his adeptness in managing and leading teams of software developers using Agile Methodologies. Andrew is highly proficient in modern technologies such as TypeScript, Ruby, Elixir, and Python, consistently delivering successful projects and driving innovation in the field. Andrew has held leadership roles at Auctane and Rabbet, where he led teams responsible for developing web-based shipping products and played a pivotal role in the development of a construction lending disbursement product. His expertise lies in software architecture, team building, technical direction, and mentorship. Andrew consistently guides teams to success, making valuable contributions to the field of software engineering.

Ben Short is an accomplished sales executive with experience in the energy industry through both his professional and academic career. As the sales lead at P6, Ben specializes in helping companies leverage technology to quantify their environmental impact. Ben holds an M.S. in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver, which has provided him with a robust understanding of environmental regulations and energy management. Prior to P6, Ben has spent time in various sales roles at other innovative energy startups, including Project Canary, where he successfully implemented enterprise sales strategies to scale the company's business. Passionate about environmental stewardship and sustainability, Ben is committed to delivering impactful solutions to energy companies across the globe.

John Bishop
Mr. Bishop is currently a Managing Partner of Tupper Lake Partners and a Managing Partner of MB Energy Partners. He formerly served as Chief Operating Officer of Chart Industries, Global Head of Oilfield Services & Equipment investment banking at Morgan Stanley and held multiple positions in the Global Energy Group at Citigroup. He is currently a director of Tejas Production Services and Aquadrill LLC, and Treasurer of the Hermann Park Conservancy in Houston. Mr. Bishop received an MBA from The Wharton School in 2002 and degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1997. He lives in Houston with his wife and two children.

Neal was previously CEO and President of Wood Mackenzie, a global leader in data, analytics and software covering the Energy, Renewables and PetroChemical industries. Neal successfully complemented the legacy hydrocarbons focused coverage with a new emphasis on Renewables while undertaking an extensive digitisation program to automate data pipelines and develop a new, holistic data analytic platform. Neal holds a BSc. (with Honors) from Queens University, Belfast and a MSc from Imperial College, London. Neal was an active member of the Washington DC based, National Petroleum Council from 2010-2021.

Thierry Pilenko
Thierry Pilenko has 40 years of technology and leadership experience in the Energy sector and is currently a Partner at Tupper Lake Partners and an investor in technology start-ups. From 2017 to 2019 he was the Executive Chairman of TechnipFMC plc, a project management and equipment company resulting from the merger of Technip and FMC Technologies. Prior to this he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Technip, a world leader in engineering, technologies and project management for the energy industry. Before joining Technip in 2007, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Veritas DGC, a seismic services company based in Houston. While at Veritas DGC he successfully managed its merger with the Compagnie Généralede Géophysique (CGG). Prior to this appointment, Pilenko held various management and executive positions with Schlumberger where he started in 1984 as a geoscientist. He held several international positions in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia before becoming President of Schlumberger-GeoQuestin Houston and subsequently Managing Director of SchlumbergerSema in Paris until 2004.He currently serves as a non-executive director on the boards of Arkema SA and Trident Energy. Previously he was a Director of Veritas DGC, CGG Veritas SA, Technip SA, Peugeot SA, Hercules Offshore, TechnipFMC plc, Valaris plc and Ensign Natural Resources. Bobby Tudor
Bobby Tudor is a Retired Founder and CEO of Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., and is currently the CEO of Artemis Energy Partners. TPH is a leading Energy Investment Bank formed in 2007 with over 180 employees in five offices in the US, Canada and UK. It is widely recognized for its industry leading position in Energy securities research and Energy investment banking advisory transactions. Prior to forming TPH, Mr. Tudor was a Partner at Goldman Sachs and a leader of its worldwide Energy practice. Over his 30-plus year career in Investment Banking, he has worked on many of the defining transactions of the period, across most energy subsectors and geographies. Mr. Tudor is currently the Chairman of the Houston Energy Transition Initiative, which is a consortium of Houston’s leading energy companies working to shape the region’s Energy Transition Strategy. Mr. Tudor is the Past Chair of the Greater Houston Partnership and of the Rice University Board of Trustees. He serves on the Board of Advisors for Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy, the Jones School of Business at Rice, the Carbon Neutral Coalition, and the National Advisory Board for the Tulane Center for Energy Law. Mr. Tudor also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Petroleum Council, the Houston Symphony, Good Reason Houston, and the MD Anderson Board of Visitors. Mr. Tudor holds a BA in English and Legal Studies from Rice University, and a JD from Tulane.

Lackland Bloom
Lackland Bloom is currently Managing Partner of Veritec Capital Partners, a private capital firm that is investing in early to mid-stage energy efficiency and decarbonization technology companies. Prior to starting Veritec, Lackland was an investment banker, advising energy companies on M&A transactions and capital raises. Over the course of his 23 year investment banking career, he served in leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, as Head of the Oil & Gas Investment Banking Group, and Deutsche Bank, as Head of the Houston Investment Banking Office. He later joined Guggenheim Partners to help build their Houston investment banking platform and ultimately their energy transition advisory practice. Over the course of his banking career, Lackland advised on ~$90 billion of M&A transactions and raised ~$30 billion of equity and debt capital for energy companies. Over the last few years of his banking career, Lackland advised companies in various next generation energy verticals on private capital raises, which sparked his interest in starting an investment vehicle focused on investing in new energy technologies. Lackland holds a BA from Southern Methodist University (1995) and MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University (1997). He currently serves on the Executive Board of the Cox School of Business.

Joe Bob Perkins was the founding President of Targa Resources in 2003. He served as Chief Executive Officer until March 2020 and Executive Chairman until January 2021. Joe Bob still serves on the Targa Resources board. Joe Bob is also Chairman of the board of Orennia Inc., Chairman of the board of Velentium, and serves on the board of Priority Power. Joe Bob is a volunteer board member for the Houston Methodist Hospital system and the Houston Methodist Academic Institute. Prior to Targa, Joe Bob served as President/COO of the wholesale power businesses of Reliant Energy, has other energy related experience including Coral Energy, Tejas Gas and Mesa Petroleum, and consulted for McKinsey & Company. David Krieger retired at the end of 2019 from Warburg Pincus, a global Private Equity firm with over $80 billion under management. In a career that spanned almost 20 years, David led investments in the Energy sector totaling almost $3 billion in approximately twenty companies–most of which have grown from startup into operationally successful businesses at scale. As a Managing Director and former member of the firm’s Executive Management Group, he sat on the boards of most of these public and private entities, representing either the largest or majority investor in those companies. Highlights of Mr. Krieger’s investments include: (1) Exploration & Production (including, BBC, Ensign, Wildfire, Kosmos, MEG); (2) Energy Services & Technology (including Rubicon, EMGS, RS Energy, Datagration); and (3) Energy Transition & Decarbonization (Monolith, Orennia, Ceres). Prior to Warburg Pincus, David was an Analyst with McKinsey & Company, both in the US (working with industrial companies) and Europe (as a Corporate Finance Specialist). David earned a David earned a BS Econ suma cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania (1994), an MS in Industrial Engineering with high honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology (1995), and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School (2000).
