At least one user seat needs to be purchased to gain access to the P6 solution. If access to the builder, API, or advanced security features are required, then at least one enetprise user seat must be purchased.
Yes, you can easily upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrading your plan can be done at the end of your agreement term. For example, a monthly plan can be downgraded prior to the next months billing. Contact support@p6technologies.com to make changes to your plan.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You are responsible for completing payment for the term of the license. For example, if a monthly subscription, the current month will not be refunded if already paid. If your monthly subscription is cancelled part way through the current month, you will continue to maintain system access until the end of the monthly subscription term. For an annual subscription, you can cancel during the subscription term, but you will still be responsible for payment through the end of the annual subscription and will accordintly be able to main access to the solution during this period.
