Neal was previously CEO and President of Wood Mackenzie, a global leader in data, analytics and software covering the Energy, Renewables and PetroChemical industries. Neal successfully complemented the legacy hydrocarbons focused coverage with a new emphasis on Renewables while undertaking an extensive digitisation program to automate data pipelines and develop a new, holistic data analytic platform.
Neal holds a BSc. (with Honors) from Queens University, Belfast and a MSc from Imperial College, London. Neal was an active member of the Washington DC based, National Petroleum Council from 2010-2021.
